The Digital Divide provides Mentoring, Tutoring, Career development and advice for young entrepreneurs.

We focus on giving young girls equal opportunities to pursue, thrive and excel in STEM academics that lead to STEM careers. We believe this will help close the gender gap, enhance economic security for women and ensure a diverse and talented STEM workforce. We know that STEM careers are growing at double the rate of non-STEM careers, and that they pay nearly 30 percent more. We also know that women and minorities are woefully underrepresented in STEM fields.

Vonda brings over 30 years of system engineering and cybersecurity experience in the intelligence and federal communities supporting the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). Currently, Vonda serves as a System Engineer for Leidos, a Fortune 500 company in the Washington D.C. area.
